We all have them . . . over-demanding clients.
Are you struggling to understand how “they” (the client) could think such a thing?
Sometimes, if we’d be honest with ourselves, we have contributed to the situation by not setting expectations on the front end of the relationship. Does this ring true?
Sometimes we forget that this legal matter may be the only one our client has ever had. Obviously, she’s not going to understand it the same way you do.
